Registration
The next course is expected to start in spring 2027 with registration anticipated to open in summer 2026 via eApply. Participants first register for the CAS; those interested in the DAS may register after successfully completing the CAS.

Admission
Applicants holding a Master’s degree from one of the ETHs or an equivalent degree from another university may be admitted to the continuing education program. An introductory lecture on probability and statistics should have been part of the corresponding degree. This material is reviewed in the introductory part.
Admission is based upon the personal dossier of the applicant.
Highly qualified applicants who do not fulfil this prerequisite may be admitted in exceptional cases if they can prove that they have the appropriate professional background and additional qualifications in the required fields.
A completed CAS is required to apply for the DAS.
The number of participants is generally limited. There is no automatic entitlement to admission.
