Cecilia Pagliantini: GAMM Junior
The International Association of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics has elected Cecilia Pagliantini as a GAMM Junior for the years 2018 to 2020.
Dr Cecilia Pagliantini was a doctoral student at the Seminar for Applied Mathematics (SAM) until September 2016 working together with Professor Ralf Hiptmair.
Cecilia Pagliantini was elected as one out of ten new GAMM Juniors for the years 2018 to 2020. GAMM Juniors are young researchers who have accomplished an excellent Master's or doctoral thesis in the fields of Applied Mathematics or Mechanics. The GAMM Juniors membership is a distinction that also gives young researchers support and opportunity for academic networking.
