PhD-students/PostDocs who receive funding from us: we have made hotel reservations and you will receive individual messages with the details.

Other participants: we kindly ask all other participants to book their own accommodation.

Zurich Tourism has reserved a number of rooms at special rates for participants of this conference. Please book directly through external pagethis link.

Also, here you'll find a list of hotels which are located near ETH and which we can all recommend. They can either be booked directly or through external pageZurich Tourism (no special rates).

Scam warning

Please note that we cannot provide accommodation for participants, and we will never call you by phone to make you an offer with a special discount rate. If you get a call like this it is a scam - please do not book a hotel room with someone claiming to be part of the organisation of the conference.

Plenary speakers and those participants who receive funding from the FIM will be contacted by us with the hotel information by email only.
