Random Run
The traditional Random Run will take place on Tuesday at 6:15 pm at the ASVZ Sport Center Fluntern.
The Random Run is a run for a random distance, which is a sum of the outcomes of two dice being tossed. Random experiment: independent sequential tossing of two dice.
Rules
There are two dice. Before the start one die is tossed and the runners run the number of laps indicated. Meanwhile the second die is tossed, and all runners continue to run the additional number of laps being announced. The number of laps in the second round is shown when the leading runners are finishing their last lap of the first round.
Age Groups
There are three age categories within both male and female runners: up to 39, 40 to 55, and 55 plus.
Directions
Take tram no. 6 in direction "Zoo" (e.g. from ETH/Universitätsspital, Central, or the main station) and get off at the final stop "Zoo". You will see the running track on the right hand side if you walk towards the zoo.
