Speakers: we have made hotel reservations for all speakers - you will receive individual messages with the details.
PhD-students/PostDocs who receive funding from us: we have made hotel reservations and you will receive individual messages with the details.
Other participants: we kindly ask all other participants to book their own accommodation.

All hotels can also be booked through external page Zurich Tourism.
Scam warning
Please note that we cannot provide accommodation for participants, and we will never contact you directly or through a travel agency in this regard. If you get a call/email like this, it is a scam - please do not book a hotel room with someone claiming to be part of the organisation of the conference.
Speakers and those participants who receive funding from the FIM will be contacted by us directly with the hotel information. No payment on your side is involved in this.
