Professor of Mathematics – Algebra, Geometry, and Topology

The Department of Mathematics invites applications for a professorship. We are looking for mathematicians with a focus on algebra, geometry, or topology.

Successful candidates should demonstrate an outstanding research record and a proven ability to direct research work of highest quality. Willingness to participate in collaborative work both within and outside the school is expected. The new professor will be responsible, together with other members of the department, for teaching undergraduate (German or English) and graduate level courses (English) for students of mathematics, natural sciences, and engineering.
